本研究的另一位通讯作者Linghua Wang教授则指出,这些结果说明“对氧化磷酸化和谷氨酰胺代谢等癌症活跃代谢通路的探索,有望为套细胞淋巴瘤和其他淋巴瘤带来更好的临床预后。”
下一步,科学家们计划开展临床试验,评估IACS-010759治疗淋巴瘤的潜力。其中,他们也想纳入对伊布替尼产生耐药的患者组。如果试验取得成功,对于那些已经深陷绝望的患者而言,无疑将带来新的希望!
